Monthly Trading Championship Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Monthly Trading Championship ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Global Limited ("Vantage" or "the Company"), a company registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under Registration No. 700271. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available from 1 April 2026 until further notice, based on system time ("Promotion Period"), both days inclusive.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to clients who meet the following criteria:

• Must have a STP, ECN, Perpetual, Cents, Copy Trading, Swap Free or Trading View trading account with Vantage.
• Must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions.
• Must be an approved Introducing Broker (IB) with an active rebate/commission account with Vantage.

4. Participation Requirements

To participate, IB must:

• Opt in to the Promotion via the Client Portal or App during the first ten (10) calendar days of each calendar month (the “Monthly Registration Period”). Only IBs who successfully opt in within the Monthly Registration Period will be eligible to participate in the Promotion for that respective month.
• Participate using their designated rebate/commission account linked to their IB profile.

5. Bonus or Reward Structure

5.1 Coin Earning Rules (IB Only):

• Coins are awarded to participating Introducing Brokers (“IBs”) only, based on qualifying activities completed by their referred clients during the Promotion Period.

• Coins are calculated based on eligible activities completed by referred clients during the Promotion Period and recorded according to System Time.
• Coins are calculated on a monthly basis. At the beginning of each calendar month, accumulated Coins will be reset to zero (0) for the purpose of ranking determination. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any unredeemed Coins will be retained and carried forward for redemption in subsequent periods, but will not count towards ranking determination for subsequent calendar months.
• Coin calculation, tracking logic, and qualification criteria are subject to system verification and final confirmation by Vantage.
• Vantage reserves the right to adjust or revoke coin allocations in case of system error, abuse, or suspicious activity.

5.2 Coin Redemption Rule

• Redeemed cash rewards will be credited to the participating IB’s rebate/commission account and are withdrawable, subject to standard withdrawal procedures.
• Each one hundred (100) Coins may be redeemed for USD 10 in cash (“Redemption Rate”).
• The maximum total cash redeemable per participating IB during the Promotion Period is USD 1,000.
• Upon successful redemption through the designated system interface, the corresponding cash reward will be credited to the participating IB’s rebate/commission account within three (3) business days.

5.3 Ranking Prizes

• Winning participating IBs will be determined based on the highest number of Coins accumulated during each calendar month.
• In the event that two or more participating IBs accumulate the same number of Coins during a calendar month, the applicable Ranking Prize will be awarded to the participating IB who first accumulated the tied Coin total during that calendar month.

• FTD requirements are calculated on a monthly basis. At the start of each new calendar month, all accumulated FTDs will be reset to zero (0), and a new accumulation cycle will commence.
• If the IB fails to meet the FTD requirement stated above during the calendar month, the Cash Prize (USD) for the applicable ranking position will be reduced by 50%.
• If the IB has zero qualified FTDs during the calendar month, no ranking prize will be awarded.

5.3.1 Settlement Period

• Ranking prizes will be credited to the participating IB’s rebate/commission account within seven (7) business days after the end of the relevant calendar month.

6. Disqualification

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participating IB who:

• Violates any of the Terms;
• Provides false or misleading information;
• Engages in, or facilitates, suspicious trading activities or abusive trading practices by the IB or their referred clients, including but not limited to churning, hedging, market manipulation, or any activity intended to exploit or abuse the Promotion.

7. Modification and Termination

Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion, including adjusting or removing any Coins or cash rewards credited to a participating IB’s rebate/commission account. This may occur due to violations of the Terms, suspicious or abusive trading practices by the IB or their referred clients, or misuse of the Promotion. Any updates or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.

8. Local Laws and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is subject to the laws and regulations of Vanuatu. By participating, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the total value of rewards issued under this Promotion.

DEFINITIONS

1. System Time refers to the MetaTrader (MT) system time, which operates on GMT+2 or GMT+3, depending on daylight saving time adjustments.

2. New Client refers to an individual who does not currently have, and has never previously held, a live account with Vantage.

3. Eligible Countries/Regions refers to the countries or regions where the Promotion is accessible to clients through their Client Portal, subject to local laws and regulations.

4. First-Time Deposit refers to the initial deposit made by a client, assessed at the user level (not account level), and is considered the client’s first-ever deposit with Vantage.

5. Qualified FTD refers to a First-Time Deposit that satisfies the applicable requirements specified in these Terms.

6. Notional Volume refers to the total value of a derivative contract position, determined by multiplying the underlying asset’s price by the size of the position.

Formula: Notional Volume (USD) = Trading lot X Contract size X Closing price of the underlying assets X End of day product exchange rate to USD.

7. Reward refers to any cash reward or ranking prize awarded under the Promotion.

8. Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.

9. Suspicious Trading Activity refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. For details, please refer to the Client Agreement available on the website.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promotion applies only to valid STP, ECN, Perpetual, Cents, Copy Trading, Swap Free, or Trading View accounts. Premium accounts, USDT, BTC, and ETH currency accounts are not eligible unless specifically stated.

2. Only activities generated by referred clients in eligible accounts are considered for the purposes of this Promotion.

3. New accounts are subject to Vantage's standard approval processes. Participating IBs are responsible for ensuring that all referred clients comply with applicable local laws and regulations.

4. Participating IBs agree to indemnify and hold Vantage harmless from any claims arising from participation in offers, including violations of terms or applicable laws.

5. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
